  1. What do national borders have to do with the selection of a mission effort Covenant is to support? What difference whether the mission is on North Tryon or in Kenya? Theologically, the borders and distance are not relevant. Logistically and practically, they may be relevant.

    Is one of the purposes of Mexico mission trips the community of Christ that takes hold among the participants? If so, and if such trips are not available to but a few if the trip is to Africa, is that a good reason to focus on locations more accessible to our members?
